Biography
Dr. Fang is a Research Assistant Professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to joining PolyU, she was an Assistant Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University. She was selected for the Xi’an Jiaotong University Youth Excellent Talents Program. Dr. Fang holds a degree in Accounting from Xi’an Jiaotong University. Her research interests include financial reporting quality, top executive psychology, supply chain, and the valuation of unstructured data by combining machine learning and econometrics. Her research has been published in Production and Operations Management (POM), Journal of Accounting, Auditing & Finance (JAAF), Journal of Financial Stability (JFS), and International Journal of Hospitality Management (IJHM).
