Mr Kenny Choi is Associate Director, Debt Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Greater China at the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Hong Kong Branch. Having executed multiple bond issuances and initial public offerings in the Asia-Pacific, Mr Choi has developed comprehensive investment banking expertise spanning debt capital markets, equity capital markets and corporate finance. His professional experience has been cultivated at OCBC, the global bank, and leading Chinese state-owned investment banks, including Guotai Junan International and CGS International.

Mr Choi is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with ACCA and a Certified Public Accountant with HKICPA. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from PolyU and his Master of Economics from The University of Hong Kong, where he was conferred the UGC Targeted Taught Postgraduate Programme Fellowship.

Early in his career, he secured graduate programme offers from all Big Four accounting firms and subsequently joined the assurance practice at PwC. Drawing on his own background, Mr Choi has long been committed to giving back to his alma mater—serving as a guest speaker at PolyU career events, a mentor for the Professional Mentorship Programme, and an industry advisor for student capstone projects, where he shares practical experience and advice with students aspiring to careers in accounting and finance.
