ZHANG Yuebing - MSc GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Despite having many years of experience in procurement, the MSc in Global Supply Chain Management at PolyU gave me a completely new perspective.

As a working mum of two, the journey was not easy, but it was truly rewarding.  During deadlines and exam periods, it became a special scene at home – my kids doing their homework while I studied alongside them.

Throughout the programme, I met inspiring teachers and classmates from diverse backgrounds and generations. It opened my eyes to new ways of thinking and problem-solving. The programme also offered enriching experiences such as guest lectures, company visits, and interactions with professional organisations.

The project work and teamwork also provided practical tips and creative ideas, which I now apply confidently in boardroom presentations at work. I remember that in my last semester, I actually didn’t want to graduate and genuinely wished I could continue attending classes.

This journey reminded me that no matter how many years of experience I have, there is always more to learn. If you are interested in global supply chain management, I encourage you to join this programme and experience this amazing journey for yourself.
