The SHKP-Kwoks’ Foundation launched the SHKP-Kwoks’ Foundation x PolyU Building Homes with Heart Scholarship Programme in the 2022/23 academic year and has awarded 31 scholarships to outstanding students to pursue studies in construction, real estate and engineering-related disciplines at PolyU since 2022/23. The following 12 outstanding students were awarded the Scholarships in 2024/25:

The scholarship awardees were presented the SHKP-Kwoks’ Foundation x PolyU Building Homes with Heart Scholarship 2024/25 by Mr Thomas KWOK (Director of the SHKP-Kwoks’ Foundation) and Ms Amy KWOK (Executive Director of the SHKP-Kwoks’ Foundation), at the Scholarship Presentation Ceremony held on 6 August 2025 in Sun Hung Kai Centre. SHKP Executive Directors Adam Kwok and Robert Chan were also in attendance. On the same day, SHKP arranged a guided tour of GO PARK Sai Sha for the awardees, introducing this sports-and-commercial complex with world-class indoor and outdoor facilities.
