The “INSPIRE” Mentorship Programme aims to boost students' all-round development under the mentorship of role models and prominent leaders from the PolyU community.

Through diverse activities and events, such as company visits, workshops, thematic talks and sharing sessions, mentees are expected to not only build a strong, supportive bond with their mentors but also unleash boundless potential and expand network.

CPS conducts training workshops that cover a wide range of career and job search-related topics, such as CV writing, interview skills, industry trends, and career planning.

Career advising and mock interview sessions are also available to support students throughout their job search, with guidance tailored to each individual, such as career options, job-search strategies, and interview preparation. Students can make an appointment for a session here:

The STEM Internship Scheme is set up by the HKSAR government to encourage STEM students to gain innovation and technology-related work experience during their studies and to foster their interest in pursuing a career in the industries.

The Employability Enhancement Programme provides students with special educational needs (SEN) with easy access to different learning experiences, career services, and employment opportunities.
