Dialogue and Sharing Series with University Leadership
Regular Event Series—comprising the President’s Sharing Session, Luncheons, and Dialogues with the Vice President (Student and Global Affairs)—bridges university management and students.
It enables students to share their views directly with senior leadership, giving management first-hand insights to enhance the university experience.

The Campus Life Festival serves as the official membership recruitment occasion for all SAO-affiliated interest clubs and non-local student associations.
Featuring 40+ diverse fun booths presented by SAO student organisations, this vibrant Festival offers a unique opportunity for you to explore a rich tapestry of arts, culture, sports, and leisure activities, allowing you to connect with like-minded peers and discover their passions. Don’t miss the chance to visit the SAO booth as well, where you can complete fun tasks and receive a special gift!

Cultural Night Series
The Cultural Night Series is a fun internationalisation effort aimed to celebrate the diverse cultures within the PolyU student community while promoting integration. Each event features a variety of customs, performances, games, and cuisine that highlight the rich traditions of our students. This Series offers a unique opportunity for you to explore different cultures, connect with fellow students, and foster understanding and appreciation of the vibrant tapestry of global cultures right here at PolyU.
Last year, these exciting cultural nights attracted nearly 1,600 participants - honourable guests from various consulate generals, PolyU students from 75 countries and regions, and many others.

Happy Hour Gathering
Embracing connections beyond the classroom, the Happy Hour Gathering (HHG) at the Wong Man and Tang Kit Wah Global Student Hub (the Hub) offers students with free snacks and drinks. Students are welcome to walk-in to socialise with new friends in a relaxed and enjoyable environment for mingling with peers from diverse backgrounds. Drop by the Hub during Semesters 1 and 2, Monday to Friday, from 5.30 to 6.30 pm (excluding public holidays).
