Balance Electric Limited
The three-phase electric balancer project aims to address the prevalent issue of unbalanced loads in three-phase distribution within power grids. Current methods of power distribution rely heavily on manual adjustments by workers, that can be labour-intensive, inefficient, and prone to safety risks. The project’s innovative solution automates load balancing by integrating a central controller with current measurement circuits, wireless communication, and specially designed switches for rapid, precise phase load switching. The system continuously monitors load current and intelligently adjusts phase loads to maintain balance, while significantly improving operational efficiency and grid safety. This automated approach reduces the need of manual labour, enhances switching speed, and provides multi-level safety protection. Overall, this project leverages on strong industrial experience and cutting-edge control technologies to advance power grid reliability and energy efficiency, with great potential for scalable applications in smart and safe grids globally.
