To further develop the GBA entrepreneurship support platform, InnoHub (Shenzhen) has also been established at the PolyU Shenzhen Research Insititute in the Nanshan District to support start-ups, tapping into the huge market, industry and government resources available in Shenzhen and the GBA.
Eligibility: Entrepreneurship teams, start-ups and spinoffs created by PolyU students, alumni or academic staff
Application Period: Once a year in summer and next spring*

Charges:
Teams: ¥100 per seat ( ¥1000 deposit required )
Start-ups: ¥60 per square meter for Office Room, monthly / ¥300 per seat for Fixed-Desk, monthly (2 months deposit required )
Team: Refers to an entity that has not yet established a company in Shenzhen at the time of signing the contract.
Start-up: Refers to an entity that has already established a company in Shenzhen at the time of signing the contract.
