PolyU InnoHub@Hangzhou
Established under PolyU’s MTRI policy, InnoHub (Hangzhou) is an innovation hub in Gongshu District dedicated to empowering tech startups, especially in Smart Infrastructure & Rail Transit, Cultural Tourism Development and Biomedicine and Pharmaceutical industry. Capitalizing on Hangzhou’s industrial strengths and university resources, it focuses on incubating science-driven enterprises with high-growth potential and long-term value.
Eligibility Criteria:
Basic Requirements
- Registered locally at Gongshu District, Hangzhou.
 
- At least one full-time member dedicated to the startup.
 
- Primary business operations or target market in Mainland China.
 
- No conflicts of interest with PolyU or affiliated institutes.
 
Additional Eligibility (Meet at least one of the following)
- 
    
Affiliation with PolyU: Startups founded and majority-owned by PolyU staff, students, or alumni.

IP Commercialization: Companies with officially licensed intellectual property (IP) from PolyU/ HZRI
 - 
    
Trial Licensing: Companies holding experimental or expedited patent licenses granted by PolyU/ HZRI
 - 
    
Third-Party Recommendations: Startups recommended by PolyU-partnered incubators or local government agencies.
