The Hong Kong-based company focuses on bivalve depuration technology that combines biochemistry,
microbiology, AI and automation to ensure bivalves are as delicious as they can be, and safe for human
consumption. The purifying system deploys closedloop recirculation and UV disinfection to minimise water usage and waste discharge that causes marine pollution. The proprietary bioreactor removes pathogenic microbes, biotoxins and heavy metals from the bivalves and feeds them with selenium-enriched algae to replenish their micronutrients that are lost during the transportation process. That helps boost their immunity and health, keeping them fresh and delicious.
