Our next generation of arginine-depleting enzyme called BCA-PEG20 is superior to our previous arginine-depleting enzymes, BCT-100 and PEGtomarginase (both of them are undergoing clinical trial), in terms of drug efficacy, drug elimination half-life, production cost and drug safety. Recently, our BCA-PEG20 project collaborates with Prof. Godfrey Chi-Fung Chan (School for Clinical Medicine, The University of Hong Kong) for the treatment of brain cancer. Finally, our BCA-PEG20 will be commercialized.
