The University Scientific and Technological Achievements Fair 2025 (the “Fair”) offers a one-stop platform to “Showcase – Matchmake – Closing deals – Land” your innovations.

In 2024, the Fair closed 2,716 deals on-site, engaging 2,747 enterprises and over 200 tech-transfer and investors. For 2025, the Fair expects to double its scale, welcoming approximately 3,000 leaders from government, industry, academia, research, and investors to Guangzhou.

PolyU will have a dedicated booth with TWO 10-minute pitching slots—don't miss the chance to showcase your innovation!

📍 Venue: Area D, Canton Fair Complex, Guangzhou (Metro Line 8. Next to Xingang-Dong Station)

Showcase your MVPs during 10-12 December

• VIP tour & Opening Ceremony: meet national officials & understand funding policies
• 10-minute pitching: to top investors & industry experts

• Across various themes: IT, new energy, biomedicine, new materials, advanced equipment, green tech, robotics, AI, quantum technology, etc.
• Quota: Two PolyU teams will be selected

3. ORGANISER SUPPORT

1. Accommodation (December 9-11):

Reserved by the organizer, costs on your side

2. Transportation:

Organizer covers the local shuttle to and from the exhibition. Transport arrangements and costs from HK to GZ are on your own.

3. Exhibit Shipping:

Organizer covers all round-trip exhibit shipping costs between HK & Guangzhou.

• Note: Participants of the PolyU MTRI Annual Conference (13-14 December) can only display text, images, or videos at the Fair.
