The Joint University Computing Centre (JUCC) has issued a joint tender on behalf of institutions for Google Gemini Enterprise for Education. All UGC-funded institutions, including JUCC affiliate members, can subscribe to Google Gemini Enterprise for Education at a discounted rate.
A Google Gemini Enterprise for Education subscription includes access to Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM), with capabilities such as intelligent note-taking, source synthesis, and document analysis.

To introduce the service and demonstrate how Gemini Notebook can support teaching and research, we invite you to attend the following briefing session, either in person or online. The session will also cover the subscription purchase workflow and license assignment for those interested in subscribing.

Purchase of subscription service procedure
Departments may subscribe directly through the appointed reseller for Gemini Enterprise for Education. Subscription costs will be fully borne by the subscribing department. Upon confirmation from the vendor, ITS will provision the licenses to the designated PolyU Google Workspace accounts.
