Specification
  • AI Chatbot Service (Local Servers) provides access to a PolyU IC-hosted AI chatbots running on local/on‑prem servers. Backend compute is centrally managed and may run on different machines (e.g., Asus ExpertCenter Pro ET900A; GPU servers with 2× RTX 4090). Users book chatbot access only and do not book or access specific computers directly. In addition to general chatbot usage, the service can support LLM development and integration needs such as API access, automation, custom models/knowledge bases, and RAG chatbot workflows (subject to availability and approval).
