The International Gastronomy Symposium 2026 will take place on 5 September 2026 at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), marking the first time this prestigious event is held in Asia.

Organised by the Chinese Gastronomy Association (CGA)—the exclusive affiliate of the International Association of Gastronomy (AIG) in Greater China—the event is academically hosted by PolyU and its Department of Food Science and Nutrition (FSN), with full support from the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry.
