Prof. Kevin Kwok introduces nano-selenium aquaculture breakthrough on ViuTV

Prof. Kevin Kwok, Associate Head of Department of Food Science and Nutrition, and Associate Director of Research Institute for Future Food, was featured on ViuTV’s programme “Treasure of the Sea in Hong Kong”, introducing nano-selenium feed supplements for aquaculture to improve fish health and reduce reliance on vaccines and medication.
