Prospective Students

Starting from the 2025/26 academic year onwards, PolyU has expanded the admission pathways for students via the faculty-based admission system, providing them with more flexibility and options to customise their studies based on their interests. Students with specific academic goals can directly choose their preferred departmental schemes or programmes. Our curriculum with Faculty Common Year One enables students to have a solid science foundation and exposure to different disciplines. All students can have the chance to consider/reconsider their programme choices at the end of year one.
