Faculty of Business Annual Alumni Survey for 2025 Graduates

We warmly invite you, as a 2025 graduate of the Faculty of Business (i.e. who completed their studies in 2024/25 academic year), to take part in this year’s Annual Alumni Survey. It only takes a few minutes, and your feedback directly helps us enhance the programmes and services we offer.

As a token of appreciation, the first 500 graduates who complete the survey by 21 August 2026 will receive a HK$200 hotel voucher. Terms and conditions apply.

All responses are analysed anonymously, with no reference to individual identities.

Important Notes

1. Survey Arrangements
   1. Graduates will be contacted via email and SMS by PolyU Faculty of Business (FB).
   2. While the survey is voluntary, your views and feedback are highly valuable to us as they directly help us enhance the programmes and services we offer.
   3. All responses will be analysed anonymously, with no reference to individual identities.

Terms and Conditions for Voucher Redemption

By participating in the PolyU FB Annual Alumni Survey, you, as the Participant, agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
   1. Participants must be 2025 FB graduates, meaning those who completed their most recent programme of study in the 2024/25 academic year.
   2. Each participant should submit one response to the Survey for his/her programme by the specified deadline. Any repeated submissions will be considered invalid.
   3. Participants will be disqualified from voucher redemption if:
      1. the personal information provided in their Survey response is missing, incomplete, incorrect or invalid, making it impossible for FB to identify or contact the participant, or verify their personal data; or
      2. they do not complete all the mandatory questions in the Survey.
         
         
2. Prize Details
   1. Each of the first 500 eligible participants is entitled to receive a HK$200 premium hotel voucher (electronic or physical), once only.
   2. The voucher will be sent to eligible participants using the email or postal address provided in their Survey responses.
   3. Vouchers are arranged according to PolyU/FB’s prevailing procedures.
   4. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other fees associated with the voucher.
   5. If a participant does not redeem the voucher before the deadline stated by FB or the voucher issuer in the notification email, the participant will be deemed to have forfeited the right to redeem the voucher without further notice.
   6. Each voucher, in whole or in part, is non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash or sold, must be taken as offered, and cannot be varied, returned, refunded or extended.
      
      
3. Limitation of Liability
   1. FB will not be liable and will not provide replacements if the voucher is damaged, lost, stolen, or overdue upon receipt.
   2. FB will not provide certification or compensation for the loss, damage, or theft of the voucher.
   3. FB is not the issuer of the vouchers. Any disputes arising from the use or enjoyment of the vouchers must be resolved between the participant and the voucher issuer(s). Voucher redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher issuer(s). FB will not be responsible or liable in any way.
      
      
4. Personal Data

   FB may need to provide participants’ names, phone numbers, and email addresses to the voucher issuer(s) for identity verification. By accepting the voucher, participants consent to this information being shared with the voucher issuer(s).
   
   

5. General Terms

   For any dispute arising from voucher redemption, FB’s decision shall be final. FB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the hotel voucher with other gift item(s) without prior notification to participants.
