Faculty secures HK$14.4m in RGC funding

For the year 2023–2024, faculty members as principal investigators have successfully secured funding from the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong for 25 research projects under the General Research Fund (GRF), and five research projects under the ECS (Early Career Scheme). A total of over HK$14.4 million has been secured.

HK$12,402,684 in GRF funding was awarded to eleven projects proposed by the School of Accounting and Finance (AF), eight projects proposed by the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies (LMS), and six projects proposed by the Department of Management and Marketing (MM).

HK$2,076,065 of ECS funding, a 52% increase from last year, was awarded to two projects proposed by AF, one project proposed by LMS, and two projects proposed by MM.
