Dr Wong has worked with institutions in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam to establish and continuously improve one of Southeast Asia’s most representative AI and STEM education platforms, reaching more than 170,000 learners. The platform supports digitalisation projects with public and non-profit organisations and has developed over 4,000 application tools for SMEs.

In international mediation and arbitration, Dr Wong is active across the Greater Bay Area, Malaysia, and Taiwan. He founded the AI Dispute Resolution Experts Network and was recently selected as a Member of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

In global governance, Dr Wong serves as Chair of the G20 Youth Entrepreneurs Alliance (Hong Kong & Macau), Co-Chair of the AI Governance Committee at the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce, and is a founding member of the UN University Global AI Network, focusing on legal and compliance, fintech, and application development.

His international involvement includes being selected as a China Delegate to the UN World Data Forum in 2023, contributing to the UN’s Global Dialogue on AI Governance and the Digital Cooperation Platform in 2026, and serving as a Trainer at the UN Institute for Training and Research. He has also been selected for several international fellowship and leadership programmes.
