Wilson started his entrepreneurship since 2003 in the areas of business strategies, human resources management, and innovative business development. He is the founder of Success By MAGIC SBM™ Methodology and Miracle Quotient MQ©. He is Director of Jacob Walery Limited, an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ebon Holdings Limited (Main board stock code: 599.hk) and Plover Bay Technologies Limited (Main board stock code: 1523.hk). Apart from being an innovative entrepreneur, Wilson has also been contributing to PolyU and other community services continuously over 20 years since his graduation from PolyU in 1997. He has been an Executive Committee Member of the Accountancy and Finance Graduates Association (AFGA) of PolyU since 2003 and he served as Honorary Treasurer and Board Member for The Federation of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Alumni Association between 2005 and 2008. He is the founder and Council Chairman of the charity Hong Kong Caring Magic Circus (HKCMC). He was awarded the 5th Hong Kong Spirit Ambassadors Award, the 5th Hong Kong Volunteer Award, and ATV Hong Kong Loving Hearts Campaign Finalists Award in 2014.
