Mr Ng is the Founder and Managing Director of WEDO GLOBAL, an award-winning social enterprise that focuses on promoting multicultural education and social inclusion. He has over a decade of experience designing and delivering training programmes for a wide range of professions and sectors, covering topics such as diversity and inclusion, cultural intelligence, cultural sensitivity, social innovation, entrepreneurship, and design thinking. Mr Ng has served on the Employees Retraining Board’s course development and vetting committee since 2019. He also previously sat on the advisory committees of the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, contributing his expertise to initiatives that promote racial equality, youth empowerment, and leadership development. In recognition of his service to the community, he was honoured with the Hong Kong Youth Service Award and the Youth Dream Maker Award.
