Prof. He is a Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Earth Science and Engineering, Hohai University. She has extensive teaching experience and has delivered numerous courses, including Introduction to Earth Science and Satellite Navigation and Spatial Positioning Technology. Her research focuses on satellite geodesy, deformation monitoring, interferometric synthetic aperture radar, and multi-source data fusion, as well as integrated navigation using global navigation satellite systems and inertial measurement units. Prof. He has an impressive scholarly record, having authored five books and published more than 300 academic papers, over 200 of which are indexed by the Science Citation Index and the Engineering Index. She has also led and completed over 40 research projects, and contributed to several major national engineering initiatives. Her work has been recognised with numerous honours, including the Second Prize of the State Technological Invention Award, the First Prize of the Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award, and Second Prizes in Science and Technology Progress from both Jiangsu Province and the Ministry of Education.
