Ir Wong is a distinguished alumnus who has achieved notable success and demonstrated exemplary leadership in the field of IT. Serving in senior positions within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, including previously as Government Chief Information Officer and currently as Commissioner for Digital Policy, he has played a key role in shaping the digital transformation of public services. He has spearheaded the formulation and implementation of data-driven, user-centric, and outcome-based policies that have significantly enhanced the efficiency and quality of government services for the people of Hong Kong.
