We would like to thank them for their hard work and enthusiasm. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to the competition to make it such a success, from the contestants to the judges and the faculties and departments who hosted the competitions that gave us our finalists. We hope you enjoyed the experience and learned something new. We look forward to seeing you again for next year’s 3MT competition.

English Drama Club Annual Performance 2023

English Competition Final Results

The inaugural PolyU English Competition came to a close on February 9th, with all six finalists gathered for the prize presentation ceremony held at CILL. The winners were announced to a round of applause and cheers: Cornelius LEUNG: Best video – A perfect day in PolyU Cornelius LEUNG: Most popular video – A perfect day in PolyU Ka Yee CHAN: Most inspiring video – Jumping out of your comfort zone is DUMP! Lok Yi LAU: Best presentation video – My PolyU story The competition aimed to promote the importance of English communication in a multimodal context and encourage students to develop their storytelling and speaking abilities, and we were thrilled with the insightful PolyU stories and diverse talents demonstrated through all finalists' work.
