Looking for a relaxed space to practice your English-speaking skills? The ELC’s Chat Corner is an informal, drop-in activity hosted by PolyU students at the Centre for Independent Language Learning (CILL).

Whether you want to boost your conversational confidence, discuss real-world topics, or connect with peers across campus, everyone is welcome to drop by!

Student-Led Sessions: Meet friendly student hosts who facilitate small-group discussions and icebreakers.
Diverse Topics: Engage in casual conversations ranging from food culture and travel to everyday life and student hobbies.
Interactive & Fun: Relax with board games (like Jenga), interactive activities, and open discussions in a low-pressure environment.
