Who Are the Mentors?
Experienced alumni in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and overseas with substantial industry, professional, or entrepreneurial expertise. Mentors should be willing to dedicate time to guide and inspire young graduates.
Who Are the Mentees?
Recent graduates and young alumni in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and overseas who are eager to advance their careers, expand their networks, and engage in proactive learning.
Mentor-Mentee Matching
Mentor-mentee pairings can be multiple and may be based on the same or different industries to encourage cross-industry exchange, as well as on professional interests, aspirations, and opportunities for cross-regional exposure.
Format
The programme includes quarterly meetings held either virtually or in person, and regular contact between mentors and mentees. There will also be mixer forums on trending topics like AI and technology, ESG, entrepreneurship, and social innovation, as well as company visits hosted by mentors.
