PolyU Internal Units

University Grants Committee (UGC)-funded activities organised by PolyU academic and non-academic units may enjoy waiver of rental fee.

Non UGC-funded activities will charge standard rate.

Remarks: 

• The minimum booking duration is two hours with 30-minute sessions extension thereafter.
• Bookings on Sundays and Public Holidays will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Additional cost such as venue set up will be charged. Hirers should liaise and settle payment directly with the service providers.
• Booking status will be changed subject to the Government’s latest regulations on social distancing measures under the epidemic situation and risk assessment.
• PolyU reserves the right to make the final decision.
