Poly Bond

Poly Bond, the PolyU alumni mascot, made its debut at PolyU Homecoming 2026. Created by two Design graduates, Ms Ivy Lau and Mr Maurice Kwok, it draws inspiration from the University’s iconic red brick architecture and reimagines it in a charming, endearing form that captures the deep and lasting bond between graduates and their alma mater.

Poly Bond comes in three colours, representing the diverse backgrounds and distinctive strengths of PolyU alumni. Each Poly Bond has magnets on both sides, allowing it to connect with its companions, signifying alumni joining hands and standing together to build an exclusive PolyU network, as strong and enduring as the red brick heritage on campus.

The mascot design, name, and related graphics are owned by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Permission is required for any reproduction, modification, or distribution.
