【Alumni Table Tennis Club】Spin & Share Sunday: An Inspiring Journey with Kenneth Ho

1 Feb 2026

The Alumni Table Tennis Club organised “Spin & Share Sunday: An Inspiring Journey with Kenneth Ho” on 1 February 2026, welcoming over 50 alumni, along with their family members and friends, back to campus for an uplifting and energetic afternoon.

PolyU alumni athlete Mr Kenneth Ho Ka-sing shared his journey as a professional sportsman and reflected on the milestones he has achieved. At the recent 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, he won bronze medals in both the men’s table tennis singles and doubles events, and contributed to Hong Kong’s historic silver-medal finish in the team event. During his sharing, Kenneth spoke about how table tennis has shaped his mindset, strengthened his resilience, and supported him in overcoming challenges in both sport and life.

Kenneth also demonstrated table tennis techniques live, offering participants a closer look at the skills and movements behind the game. Together with several seasoned players, he interacted with participants by providing on-court guidance and practical tips. Alumni eagerly put the techniques into practice, spending the rest of the afternoon rallying, exchanging experiences, and reconnecting through their shared passion for table tennis.
