Mr Calvin Yuen Chi-kin is a dynamic hospitality leader. He rose through the ranks at the Shangri-La Group to become Assistant Vice President, assuming increasing responsibilities in corporate food and beverage operations, risk management and food safety governance. He played a pivotal role in steering operations through the pandemic with strategic recovery planning. Recognised early in his career, he became one of Hong Kong’s youngest managers of a two-Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant at the age of 25 and received multiple Gold Star awards for customer delight.
