Mr Bosco Ng Chung-lun is the Founder of WEDO GLOBAL, a social enterprise dedicated to fostering understanding and interaction among people from diverse cultural backgrounds. With over a decade of experience, Bosco has designed and delivered training programs across a wide range of professions and sectors, specialising in diversity and inclusion, cultural intelligence, cultural sensitivity, social innovation, entrepreneurship, and design thinking . He has served as a Member of the Course Development and Vetting Committee of the Employees Retraining Board and as an Advisory Committee Member of the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. Through these roles, he has actively promoted racial equality, youth empowerment, and leadership development in Hong Kong. His commitment to community service has earned him the Hong Kong Youth Service Award and the Youth Dream Maker Award.
