Are you a movie lover? Want to meet fellow film fans and discover new ways to enjoy the art of film? Join us for “Performing Arts Beyond Boundaries: Sharing & PolyU Film Appreciation” on 20 October 2025 – the very first event hosted by the Alumni Performing Arts Appreciation Club!
We are excited to welcome Mr Daniel CHAN, a PolyU lecturer, film critic and screenwriter, as our guest speaker. Daniel will share insider tips on how critics watch movies and reveal how you can find deeper meanings and emotions in film.
Together, we will be watching “Dead To Rights” at the film screening organised by PolyU’s Culture Promotion and Events Office (CPEO) and explore its powerful stories and themes.
