After completing his studies, Mr Chong joined the Cathay Pacific Cadet Pilot Programme, where he underwent 60 weeks of intensive training to obtain his Commercial Pilot License. He currently serves as a Second Officer at Cathay Pacific Airways, operating the Boeing 777 and ensuring the safe operation of long-haul flights. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr Chong’s research has been published in a Q1 journal, and he has engaged in a range of aviation-related programmes, contributing to his development as an emerging professional in the aviation industry.
