Biography

Keith started flying in the Royal Air Force in 1979. He flew many aircraft types on tours of duty that included The Royal Flight, instructing and at the Aircraft & Armament Evaluation Establishment.

 

He left the Royal Air Force in 1995 and started flying commercially, initially with Caledonian Airways flying the A320, based in Glasgow then Gatwick. He then moved to British Mediterranean Airways, again on the A320, operating from London Heathrow to the Middle East and former CIS States. It was while in Tbilisi, Georgia, that he heard about Dragonair. He moved to Hong Kong in 2000 and has lived here ever since, flying the A320, A330 and B747 for Dragonair before becoming a simulator and ground-school instructor and examiner on Gulfstream aircraft with Flightsafety International.

 

Keith gained a Masters Degree in Security Management, at Edith Cowan University, Western Australia, and joined Hong Kong PolyU in September 2022.
