Academic Staff

Keith graduated from the University of Southampton, UK with BSc (Hons) degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics, and obtained his MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong.  He also graduated from the Renmin University of China with a Master degree in China Law.

Keith was holder of CCAR-66 Cat ME aircraft maintenance license certified by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.  He received various aviation industry-specific training such as Human Performance in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Security and Safety Management System, etc. 

Keith has aviation experience gained from air operator, aircraft maintenance organization as well as training organizations.  Prior to joining PolyU, Keith served in the capacity of senior management personnel in two local aircraft maintenance training organizations approved by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department. 

Keith currently holds membership in the Society of Operation Engineers (UK) and the Institute of Plant Engineers (UK).
