PolyU Envoy Programme

The Envoy Programme aims to establish an global community among our students and enhance the university experiences of new non-local students. I-peers will serve as peer mentors to provide support and guidance to these new students to facilitate their transition into PolyU.

During the envoy programme, I-peers are expected to pair up with first year non-local undergraduate or inbound exchange students.

✓ Connect with new non-local and exchange students

✓ Provide necessary support and guidance

✓ Assist with orientation activities (i.e. Info Sessions / Mass Check-in)

✓ Engage in event hosted by Non-local Student Services Team

✓ Compulsory attendance of Envoy Training Camp and participating in two or more orientation activities

*Student Affairs Office reserves the final decision to grant the above awards if the peer mentor fails to attend all the compulsory activities without appropriate reason.
