PAIR co-organises Distinguished Lecture with Faculty of Humanities

PAIR co-organised a Joint Distinguished Lecture titled “AI, Consciousness and Ethics: Towards a Principled and Empathic AI” with the Faculty of Humanities on 18 October 2022, with 200 online audiences attended

The third lecture of the PAIR Distinguished Lecture Series was successfully held on 6 September 2022

We were honoured to have invited renowned scientist, Prof. Li Deren, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Member of the International Eurasia Academy of Sciences, and Professor of State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing (LIESMARS), to be the distinguished speaker.

The PAIR Distinguished Lecture Series was successfully held on 17 May 2022. We were honoured to have renowned scholar, Prof. David Cardwell, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Strategy and Planning), University of Cambridge, UK, as the invited speaker.
