PolyU is organising a new initiative entitled “Science World: Exploring Space to Benefit Mankind” Education Programme in the 2021/22 school year to introduce space sciences and technologies to secondary students. Prof. Bo WU, Associate Head of Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics, was the second speaker giving an online lecture on space-related topic on 23 October 2021 (Saturday). Over 150 audience joined the online talk “Maps for Space Exploration (指引太空探索的地圖)”.

The lecture series contain 13 online lectures by PolyU academic staff from mid-October to mid-December 2021. Secondary school teachers and students at all levels are welcome to register individually.
