Summary
We have recently finished the first official full year of GGE Remote, University of New Brunswick’s program to make surveying education accessible to learners across Canada and even worldwide. Initiated in 2021, this hybrid learning program uses an innovative industry partnership model to provide surveying education simultaneously on and off campus. In this presentation we explain how GGE Remote works, share how we’ve overcome some of the associated educational challenges, summarize the current state of the program, and evaluate future prospects.
