NeoMass Biotechnology was founded by professors from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and focuses on clinical-grade neoantigen discovery. The company has built a world-leading immunopeptidomics platform that supports personalized cancer vaccines, TCR T, and TIL therapies. Its M&M platform integrates microfluidics, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and AI algorithms to overcome traditional bottlenecks, requiring only 1 mg of biopsy sample (1/300 of conventional methods) and delivering results in 3 days (1/20 of conventional timelines), with a five-fold increase in sensitivity.

The platform has been validated using clinical samples from nasopharyngeal carcinoma and colorectal cancer, and NeoMass has established collaborations with leading institutions including The University of Hong Kong, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, UCSF, and MD Anderson. The company aims to become the foundational discovery infrastructure for personalized immunotherapy in Asia.
