Prolonged hours spent identifying tiny defects on moving fabric can result in fatigue and eye health issues. To address these challenges, WiseEye integrates advanced AI technologies with industrial cameras and illumination devices to automatically detect, classify, and grade defects in various textile materials with different colors and patterns in real time.
WiseEye achieves an impressive 95% defect detection accuracy at speeds of 35 meters per minute, significantly outperforming conventional human visual inspection, which typically achieves 60% accuracy at just 10 meters per minute. Additionally, WiseEye automatically attaches physical labels next to detected defects for easy identification in downstream operations, generates inspection reports based on industry-standard 4-point or 10-point schemes, and provides detailed defect location maps for verification and analysis.
