LEAP East 2026

Launched in 2022, LEAP is an annual global tech event originating in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia. This year, LEAP expands to Hong Kong, bringing its global reach and creating impactful connections for tech buyers across APAC region.

LEAP East is jointly organized by the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau (ITIB) of the Hong Kong SAR Government, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and The Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP). LEAP East serves as the bridge between the Middle East and Asia for technology and innovation. This event is designed to catalyze cross-border collaboration, supporting business expansion across both regions.

PolyU will take this unique opportunity to showcase 15 research and start-up projects. The showcased projects span diverse fields, including life sciences, healthcare, vision health, artificial intelligence, robotics, green applications, engineering and advanced materials.
