E&M I&T Day 2026

The E&M I&T Day 2026, organised by Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD), in collaboration with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) will be held on 9 June 2026 at the Hong Kong Science Park.

Under the theme “AI+ Construction”, this year’s event will unite E&M trades, academia, and government partners to showcase innovative application of AI in construction industry, with a focus on enhancing work safety, productivity and governance.

Dr Oscar Chan, Research Assistant Professor, Department of Building Environment and Energy Engineering and Co-founder, RetroLogic AI Limited (a PolyU start-up), will deliver a talk as a guest speaker. He will share his insights on the integration of sustainable built environment and smart technology. Alongside his presentation, his start-up will showcase RetroLogic AI, an advanced AI system tailored for building retrofitting at the exhibition.
