Summary
The 16th National E-commerce “Innovation, Creativity & Entrepreneurship” Challenge (referred to as "3Chuang") is a prestigious national competition, entrusted by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and hosted by the National Teaching Advisory Board for E-commerce in Higher Education. The inaugural Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Division will be hosted by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
