About the Speaker - Ms Cicy Zhang

Cicy Zhang is a founding member and Vice President of BrainCo, a Harvard iLab-incubated company pioneering brain-machine interface technology. A Harvard Ed.M. graduate, she has led teams of scientists and engineers to develop neuroscience-driven EdTech solutions that unlock student learning potential. She is also a certified team coach, supporting organizational and talent development. A serial entrepreneur and founder of multiple startups and educational NGOs, Cicy has worked across 28 countries with organizations like AIESEC and Atlas Corps—bringing a truly global, hands-on perspective to innovation and leadership.
