Summary
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) led eighteen teams to the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas, US, presenting groundbreaking innovations in fields such as human security, digital health and energy optimisation on the global stage. Three innovations developed by PolyU and its start-ups received Innovation Awards, with one earning the highest score and being honoured with the prestigious "Best of Innovation Award", marking PolyU’s best achievement since first participating in the event, representing two-thirds of the total awards earned by the Hong Kong start-up delegation.
