Consultation service on IT Security design, implementation and quality assurance for new and existing activities, initiatives, projects and events.

Dimensions of this service include:
(a) Reviews of existing information security management practices/processes with reference to industrial standards such as ISO27001 and ordinance like PDPO DPP4.
(b) Project lifecycle security design from tender specifications, system design, vulnerability/risk assessments, operational security practices.
(c)Information System and Applications vulnerability assessments and recommendation reports based on system footprinting, vulnerability scanning, security configuration review.
(d) Penetration testing.

  • Level 1 – Service Request Resolution Time: 2 days
  • Level 2 – Service Request Resolution Time: 4 days
  • Level 3 – Service Request Resolution Time: 6 days
  • Level 4 – Service Request Resolution Time: N/A

All Incident are classified as level 0 to 4 depending on its impact & urgency.
