New version of the Identity Portal

We are delighted to announce a new version of the PolyU Identity Portal, which features a refreshed layout and enhanced security for managing NetID and passwords. The new PolyU Identity Portal will be released to all staff and students from 1 July 2026.

Under the new layout, user can select their profile from the main page for identity management. Other important NetID management features are categorized and can be accessed directly from their corresponding icons.

In addition, the new PolyU Identity Portal offers facilities for users to enroll and manage their smartphones to receive NetOTP for accessing online services enabled with multi-factor authentication.
