The Computer Liaison Officers (CLO) Meeting was held on 21 August 2026, where ITS shared updates on the latest technology initiatives and services supporting the University community.

- Introduction to Canvas Studio and the Student Course LMS Locator
- Showing the LMS hosting platform for enrolled courses on PolyULife
- Enhancements to the Assessment Moderation Platform (AMP)
AI & Digital Productivity
- Updates to the learning content Mind Map feature on AI Tutor
- Canvas integration with the AI Marking Assistant
- Google Enterprise licence update, including NotebookLM
- Departmental agentic Virtual Assistant to address student study enquiries
Enterprise Platforms & Web Services
- Software-as-a-Service platform for mailing list management
- Updates on UWIP support and migration considerations
- EWCMS enhancements for multi-language support
- Showcase of the PolyU Form Service (PFS)
Infrastructure, Security & Support Services
- Preparation and planning for NetOTP adoption via Keycloak
- Student High Performance Computing (SHPC) hardware upgrade
- Updates on TeamViewer licensing requirements
Over 120 CLOs participated in the meeting on 21 Aug. They provided feedback on selected initiatives of interest and will further explore adoption to benefit staff and students in their respective departments.
